Senior Sales Director, Nordics

The role
You will build and lead oHallo's sales organisation across the Nordic region. This is our first commercial hire. You will own the entire sales process from the first conversation to a signed contract.
You will sell a product that changes how B2B companies handle customer operations. The platform reads customer messages, connects to the company's business systems, and sends validated replies autonomously. Your buyers are heads of customer service, operations directors, and CxOs at mid-market and enterprise companies.
The industries you will focus on include manufacturing, distribution, insurance, logistics, financial services, and telecommunications. These are companies with high volumes of repetitive customer queries that their teams handle manually today.
What you will do
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Nordic region
- Identify, qualify, and close the first enterprise customers
- Build relationships with decision-makers at target accounts
- Run the full sales cycle from outreach through negotiation to close
- Work directly with the founding team to refine positioning and pricing
- Build the sales team as revenue grows
What we are looking for
- Significant experience selling B2B SaaS to mid-market and enterprise in the Nordics
- Track record of building a sales function or territory from scratch
- Understanding of customer service operations and the problems that drive buying decisions in this space
- Ability to sell a technical product to both operational and executive buyers
- Comfortable working in a company where the product, the market, and the playbook are still being defined
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
